To summarise the quality policy of the Postgraduate Programme, the quality policy focuses on the following:

The Postgraduate Programme is designed to provide postgraduate students with an in-depth understanding of the various fields of the labour market and employment policies, with an emphasis on the fields of Employment, Work Organisation and Labour Relations, including their theory, methodology and practical applications. The MSc programme is designed
to remain scientifically rigorous and accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date, as well as to meet high standards of quality in teaching, research and assessment.
To achieve this goal, the participating Departments employ teaching staff (faculty members, E.D.I.P. and appointed staff) who are highly specialised in their respective fields and dedicated to teaching, research and teaching support for postgraduate students. Teaching staff members bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom and use innovative teaching methods to help students learn and develop their knowledge and skills.
The coordinating department and participating departments ensure that teaching staff members who teach in the MSc programme continue to have the necessary qualifications, expertise and experience to provide high-quality education and guidance to students.
The coordinating Department and participating Departments also ensure that the Postgraduate Programme complies with the specifications and provisions imposed by the current regulatory framework and any guidelines of the University of Crete, including all obligations arising from or specified by certification bodies and the State, while at the same time the coordinating Department and participating Departments have and operate an internal quality assurance system.

The coordinating Department and participating Departments also ensure that the MSc programme complies with the specifications and provisions imposed by the applicable regulatory framework and any guidelines of the University of Crete, including all obligations arising from or specified by certification bodies and the State, while at the same time the coordinating Department and participating Departments have and operate an internal quality assurance system.

In addition, the coordinating Department and participating Departments conduct the process of designing the MSc programmes (including the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Programme) in an ethical and responsible manner, adhering to the highest standards of academic integrity and professional integrity.
The thorough and successful education of our students is at the heart of the quality policy of the Postgraduate Programme of the coordinating Department and the participating Departments.
In particular, the MSc programme aims to teach research and specialise graduates in specific thematic areas or sub-fields of the subject. Emphasis is placed on cultivating analytical and critical skills in the investigation of complex political and social problems and the formulation and implementation of policies to address them, making creative use of scientific tools from different scientific disciplines.
