• Student course declaration form (DOCX, ODT)
  You have to submit this form to the secretariat in the begining of every Semester. Note that it has to be co-signed by your MSc Thesis supervisor or the Director of the MSc Program  

• MSc Thesis application form (DOCX, ODT)
  You have to submit this form in the 3rd Semester the latest. Your MSc thesis application will then be reviewed and approved by the Master’s Committee. Note that it has to be co-signed by your MSc Thesis supervisor.
