Short bio
Dr Primeau works as an assistant professor in forensic radiology with the University of Warwick, where she conducts forensic post-mortem micro-CT imaging. She has a BSc in Forensic Anthropology, a MSc in Human Identification, a MSc in Diagnostic Radiography and a PhD in Forensic Medicine and Anthropology. Dr Primeau is a committee member with the International Association of Forensic Radiographers (IAFR) and Trustee of the board for the British Association for Biological Anthropology and Osteoarchaeology (BABAO). Her research interests include growth, development, skeletal health, and understanding circumstances around the time of death and post-mortem treatment in archaeological and well as modern populations. Dr Primeau serves as a reviewer for several journals and is on the International Advisory Panel and Editorial Board for the Journal of Radiography, helping to direct the journals content and ensuring relevance to the international radiography workforce. She has authored numerous scientific journal papers on a range of topics, including radiography, biological anthropology, human osteoarchaeology and forensic science.
